Product development,
accelerated.

AccelerateNoCode takes ideas, features and whole products from brief to production - fast - by putting AI to work at every stage of the build, with engineers who own the outcome.

No pitch deck. 30 minutes to scope the fastest route to working software. Want an NDA before we talk?

One partner, from first sketch to production.

Whatever the brief, the output is the same: working software that real people use. Scoped tightly, built in the open, shipped without ceremony.

  1. 01

    New products

Take a concept to a live, usable product. We define the smallest version worth shipping, build it properly and get it in front of users.

    • MVPs
    • Web apps
    • Customer portals
  2. 02

    Features & AI capabilities

Add the feature your roadmap keeps slipping - including AI-powered ones - into the product you already have, without derailing your team.

    • LLM features
    • Search & summarisation
    • Existing codebases
  3. 03

    Internal tools & automations

Replace the spreadsheet, the manual process and the copy-paste. Software that removes work from your week rather than adding to it.

    • Back-office tools
    • Workflow automation
    • Integrations
  4. 04

    Prototypes that prove the idea

Working software you can put in front of users, investors or your board - not a slide deck. Enough to learn from, built to grow from.

    • Proof of concept
    • Investor demos
    • User testing

AI at every stage. Engineers who own the outcome.

AI-native isn't a feature we bolt on - it's how we build. It removes the parts of development that were always slow: scaffolding, iteration, testing, documentation. Judgement, architecture and quality stay with our engineers.

  1. 1

    Scope

A 30-minute call, then a written brief. You'll know exactly what's being built before anything starts.

  2. 2

    Build

AI-assisted development from day one, reviewed by engineers at every step. You see progress daily - in working software, not status reports.

  3. 3

    Review

We walk through the build together, refine quickly and stay ruthlessly focused on what we agreed to ship.

  4. 4

    Ship

Deployed, documented and handed over. The code, the accounts and the product are yours to keep.

Working software over documents

Every day of a sprint ends with something you can click. Decisions get made against the real thing.

Days, not phases

No discovery quarter, no hand-offs between departments. A small team with the tools to move quickly, and the standards to do it well.

Standards stay non-negotiable

Speed comes from the workflow, not from cutting corners. Security, maintainability and clean handover are part of the definition of done.

Recent sprints and engagements.

A selection of what we've shipped, and how quickly. Every project below is scoped, built and delivered the same way - tightly defined, then shipped.

Ascend AI
Acceleration sprint Meetings

Ascend AI

Challenge
Meeting recordings were everywhere, but accurate notes still weren't. People missed details in the room, and generic summaries after the fact weren't reliable enough for the professionals they served.
What we built
A live SaaS meeting assistant for recording meetings or pasting transcripts, then generating structured notes from customisable templates. An admin panel let the client write and refine their own prompts - so notes could be tailored by vertical without shipping new code.
Timeframe
Three-week acceleration sprint
Outcome
Shipped to production with around 150 users, many of them paying. The client's estimate: roughly 20 hours saved per client per week.
GetAgenda
Acceleration sprint Productivity

GetAgenda

Challenge
Existing scheduling tools were too expensive for what they delivered. The client's users were juggling several projects in a week - often with fixed hour budgets from 5 to 20 hours - and had no simple way to turn that capacity into a schedule without planning every block by hand.
What we built
A productivity app that takes hour-based project targets and generates a weekly schedule users can follow. Capacity sits in the sidebar; the calendar fills from the hours assigned.
Timeframe
Two-week acceleration sprint
Outcome
A live weekly planner that turns project hour budgets into a workable week - without forcing users to design the schedule themselves.
Tiltproof AI
Acceleration sprint Gaming

Tiltproof AI

Challenge
Competitive gaming had driven demand for coaching sky-high, but human coach rates put real-time guidance out of reach for most players. The client wanted an affordable coach that could be funny, informative - or both - while someone was actually in-game.
What we built
A live AI coaching app that reads gameplay, offers suggestions and commentary, and speaks them aloud via ElevenLabs. Screen captures go to AI on a set interval when context is needed; local OCR handles lighter reads so usage stays intentional and cost-aware.
Timeframe
One-week acceleration sprint
Outcome
Shipped and in users' hands as a working product.

AI moves fast. Your product should too.

Almost any development team can add AI to a product. The difference is knowing how to make it reliable, useful and built to evolve.

We've developed our own methodologies for AI development - covering prompt architecture, context management, model selection, testing and iteration. We don't experiment until something works; we engineer repeatable systems around AI and continually adapt them as the technology evolves.

That approach is backed by experience building software where getting it right matters - from an AI-powered charity platform handling millions in donations to investment software used to track billions of dollars in assets.

And because the technology changes so quickly, neither do we treat an AI implementation as finished the day it ships. We continually evaluate new models, capabilities and techniques to make sure we're building with what's best now - not what was best six months ago.

A two-week sprint to a working MVP.

£1,999 + VAT per two-week sprint

The default starting point if you need to validate a product as quickly as possible. We define the smallest version worth shipping, build it properly and get it in front of users - in two weeks, not two quarters.

  • 30-minute scoping call and a written MVP brief
  • Ten working days of focused, AI-native development
  • Daily progress you can see and click
  • A working MVP delivered at the end of two weeks
  • Handover, documentation and full ownership of the code

For bigger builds

Enterprise Plan

A one-to-three-month engagement for larger products and ongoing development.

From £5,000 + VAT per month · one-month minimum

For teams that need more than an MVP: a full product, a multi-feature roadmap, or sustained iteration on something already live. Engagements typically run one to three months depending on scope.

  • Dedicated development capacity, month to month
  • A roadmap of features planned and prioritised weekly
  • Weekly demos and priority reviews
  • Architecture, quality and delivery owned end to end
  • Everything shipped stays yours - code, accounts, product
Discuss an engagement

Best for: products that need more than an MVP - or a roadmap that keeps growing.

Questions people ask before booking.

What actually happens on the call?

We talk about what you're trying to ship and why. By the end of 30 minutes you'll have a clear view of whether it fits a two-week MVP sprint or a longer engagement, what we'd build first and when we could start. No slides, no hard sell.

What do I get in two weeks?

A working MVP: the smallest version of your product worth putting in front of users. Enough to validate the idea, start conversations with customers or take something real to investors. We keep it tightly scoped so it actually ships - a full, multi-feature platform is what the Enterprise Plan is for. We'll be straight with you about scope on the call.

What does “AI-native” mean in practice?

AI is embedded throughout the workflow - scaffolding, writing and refactoring code, generating tests and documentation, exploring options quickly. Engineers direct that work, review every output and own architecture, security and quality. It changes how fast we move; it doesn't change the standard the work is held to.

Who owns the code and accounts?

You do. Everything we build is handed over with documentation, and any infrastructure or service accounts are set up in your name from the start.

Can you work with our existing product or team?

Yes. Many engagements add to a product that's already live, or slot alongside an in-house team. We'll agree how we plug in - repositories, review process, communication - as part of scoping.

Can you provide an NDA before the call?

Absolutely. If you would be more comfortable having an NDA in place before sharing your product, commercial or technical details, we offer a mutual NDA you can review and sign online. It is entirely optional.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

Prices are shown in GBP and exclude VAT, which is added at the prevailing UK rate where applicable.
