Who we are

AccelerateNoCode Ltd., 101 East Pentwyn, Blaina, Abertillery, NP13 3JD, is the controller for personal information collected through this website. Contact us at team@acceleratenocode.com.

Signing the NDA

If you sign the mutual NDA, we collect the organisation name, company number if you provide one, address, your name, job title, work email and typed signature. We also record the agreement version, the date and time, a submission identifier, your IP address and your browser details. We use this to form the agreement and to keep evidence of the signature.

A PDF copy is emailed to you, and to team@acceleratenocode.com. Resend delivers that email. The signing request is handled by a Cloudflare Worker. We do not keep a separate database of submissions. The record we keep is the emailed agreement.

Booking a call

Call booking happens on Calendly. Calendly collects the details you enter there and sends us the booking. Their handling of that information is covered by Calendly’s privacy notice.

Visiting the site

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Pages are served over HTTPS. We do not use analytics cookies, and this site does not set its own tracking cookies.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. That request includes your IP address, which Google receives. Google’s handling of it is covered by Google’s privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep the signed NDA for as long as the agreement is in force, and for a reasonable period afterwards if we need it to show what was agreed. You can ask us to delete a copy. We may still need to retain it while the confidentiality obligations apply, or if the law requires us to.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, or to object to our use of it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
